A message from Eduard in Ukraine

“I woke in the night during Christmas and looked out the window. A rocket streaked over my apartment and exploded nearby. Standing there praying, I didn’t ask God “Why.” I don’t ask the “why, Lord?” questions anymore because I felt him standing right beside me.”

This captures the heart of FEBC’s ministry in Ukraine. We help people experience the truth that God is near. At Christmas we shared the name foretold by Isaiah: Emmanuel, God with us. And all year round we help people experience this same truth, not just as a message, but as a living reality through Bible stories, teaching, counselling, and music.

“Thank you, New Zealand, for announcing Emmanuel in Ukraine all year round. Please keep praying for me and my staff. Several have been drafted into the army.”
