Brother Tang’s story.

Brother Tang is a Church Planter today, but not so long ago he didn’t know any other Christians! 

Tang heard about Jesus on the radio and trusted him quickly. But as a first-generation Christian, with no church anywhere near his home, he lovingly remembers the DJs’ names because they were effectively his only Christian friends.  

Tang enrolled in the FEBC Bible Discovery by Media, a level 1 course to disciple new believers. Level 2 trains listeners in leadership and church planting. 

Brother Tang has planted “numerous” churches and insists his new leaders enrol in the media course. “This is the only way to equip new Christians to lead and plant more churches.”  13 of Tang’s co-workers completed their basic Bible studies by media in 2023. Some had no high school education.  

“I focus my team on ministry essentials and Bible accuracy as the cults come around teaching heresies.”
