Another prominent Muslim leader (an Imam) has turned to Jesus Christ after listening to our broadcasts online, from Malawi.
Listeners in Tanzania contacted FEBC Malawi to ask for a visit. When our team arrived they were introduced to the local Imam who thanked them for helping him discover Jesus! They also found 30 listener clubs meeting in the area involving hundreds of people!
“We are very grateful to have received salvation in Jesus Christ. Many of us benefit from Litala FM (FEBC Malawi) and online. When we turned to Jesus, a group of other Muslims mocked us and tried to disrupt us from becoming Christians, but this just encouraged us.” (Imam)
When a villager likes the FEBC programme, they contact us and ask for a visit. Amos (FEBC leader in Malawi) takes a team and visits many such villages. He takes new solar-powered fixed-frequency radios, and appoints a leader in each group. This person becomes the organiser of up to 40 other people to come together for singing, dancing, and listening to our Bible outreach programmes. Listener clubs are, in effect, small churches.
Thanks to you.
