FEBC is sad to announce the passing of Eleanor Bowman, loving wife of FEBC’s co-founder Dr. Bob Bowman on Monday, December 14, 2015. Just days after her 100th birthday, she entered the presence of her Lord and Savior.
Dr Bowman passed away in March 2014. In his own words of dedication to his wife he’d said: “It is with unceasing gratefulness that God placed a wonderful girl by my side as my wife, loving companion and helpmate in the service of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (God of Wonders, 2002)
We are so thankful for her commitment to FEBC and her decades of sacrificial service to ensure that the Gospel would be preached throughout the world.
